We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at go@invasion.gg. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-return items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund.
