Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-return items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food and disposable items), custom products (such as special orders or personal items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund.
