Correct a placed order

As we strive to always ship our orders as soon as possible, we cannot always be helpful with changes to a placed order.

If you wish to remove an item from an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will attempt to amend your order prior to delivery. To speed up this process, we ask that you provide us with the exact details of the item(s) you wish to remove (item name, enter name, condition and quantity). If we are unable to do so, you will still be able to return the item for a full refund.

If you would like to add an item to an order, please place a second order and select the shipping method that you prefer your order to be shipped via if we cannot combine it.

After placing your second order, contact us and request that the orders be combined. If we can combine your orders and ship them together, we will refund the lower of the two shipping costs.

If we cannot combine them, we will ship the second order separately.

If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us and let us know the new address.

If we can't change the address before the package is sent, we will help you make sure the package comes back to us for re-registration with the correct address.

However, Invasion Games is not responsible for packages that have been damaged or lost in transit as a result of an incorrectly entered delivery address.

Most orders placed on are shipped within one business day, so it is not always possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

If your order has not been shipped , contact us and we will try to stop your order. Once we have confirmed that we have stopped the shipment, we can issue a refund.

If your order has been shipped or left our facility when you contact us and we cannot stop the shipment, you will have the option to return the item according to our return policy. We can issue a refund once the package has returned to our facility.

Problem with order

If you have received a damaged item, you can return it for a replacement product or a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can approve the return.

Please note that all refunds and exchanges can only be made once the damaged item has been returned. If for any reason we are unable to replace the damaged item with one in good condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of that item.

We double check every order to ensure accuracy, once when it is picked and once when it is packed, but it is still possible for mistakes to occur from time to time.

If you receive an item that you did not order, you can return it. We will refund all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that all refunds can only be made once the item has been returned.

If your order is missing one or more items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
